I hated poverty. Poverty is more of a choice than anything else, and I can change that (poverty). It depends upon how hard I want to work, and I decided that I would change it.”
                            Dr. Ben Carson

Reflection:
What this quote is saying that its up to you weather you want to change or not. That even though you are the poorest of them all as long as you work hard for your things, you will succeed in life. I agree with this quote if you do not do anything to change to become a better person you will never be something good in life. You must work for the things you want and not just sit around doing nothing.

“You can’t be right by doing wrong; you can’t be wrong by doing right.”
         Thomas S. Monson

Reflection:
What this quote means is that doing the wrong thing is never good as well as doing good is never bad. I personally disagree with this quote. If you do something bad and try to fix it people might thing what you did was bad but for you you did the right thing. It all depends on a persons point of view.

“It’s not about your dreams. It’s about how to lead your life. If you lead your life the right way, the karma (destiny, fortune, good luck) will take care of itself. The dreams will come to you.”

Dr. Randy Pausch

What this quote means is that dreams will come to  you if youre good. I disagree with this because i believe that if you want something, you have to make it happen. Nothing will just come to you because youre good. Although good karma will make things easier, nothing in life is free.
