“A man without a goal is like a ship without a rudder.”-Thomas Carlyle

What this quote means is that without any goals you would not know what direction you are heading to. A person with no goals for me is like a person that just goes with the flow. If you set goals you would know where you are going.

If there is beauty in character, there will be harmony in the home. If there is harmony in the home, there will be order in the nation. If there is order in the nation, there will be peace in the world.
Conclusion:
If there is character, there will be peace in the world.
            -Chinese Proverb

Beauty in character means to be a good person and ctr person. But even when you have good character, bad thing still are still there you like it or not. In my opinion there will never be peace in the world there will always be corruptions and wars being fought. So whether you have beauty in character the bad vibes and bad things will always be there.
The Six Pillars Of Character
The six pillars of character are trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring and citizenship.
 Trustworthiness
Be honest, do not cheat or steal , be reliable, Have the courage to do what is right, be loyal and build a good reputation
Respect
Treat others with respect, use good manners, be tolerant and accepting of differences, be considerate, deal peacefully with anger
Responsibility
Plan ahead, do what you are supposed to do, keep trying , always do your best, use self-control, be self-disciplined, think before you act
Fairness
Play by the rules, take turns and share, be open minded, do not take advantage of others, treat all people fairly
Caring
Be kind, Be compassionate and show you care, express gratitude, forgive others, help people in need
Citizenship
Do your share to make your school and community better, get involved, be a good neighbor, obey laws and rules

I believe that nobody is perfect. That even the smartest person will not follow up to these 6 pillars. We are all human and make mistakes and keeping up with these pillars is quiet difficult.

“I would prefer even to fail with honor than win by cheating.”
               -Sophocles

What this quote means is that it is better to fail without cheating than win by cheating. I believe that this statement is true. You look like a better person if you are honest about the things you do. Cheating will not take you anywhere because ones people find out you cheated there will be certain consequences that you get then you look like a lair and a cheater.
        “Memorial Day”
Memorial Day is the day where we all pause and remember the brave men and women who put on the uniform of our armed forces, who put themselves in harm way so that we could sleep safely in our homes at night, and who died in the service of our nation. It is held on Monday May 30th the last Monday of May. In 1971, Memorial Day was declared a national holiday. Many communities around the United States have Memorial Day events at cemeteries where veterans and spiritual leaders speak. Other cities and towns host parades to honor the military. However, in many cities around the country, these events have been forgotten. A way to honor these brave people is to send a note of thanks to Veterans you know, if you know someone who has lost a loved one in battle, offer to help with a household project or help meet a special need they have. You could also visit a local cemetery and place flags or flowers on the graves of fallen soldiers. As well as to fly the American flag at half-staff until noon. A thing i do is go to the beach and show some respect to all the alters that are set in the bored walk.

“The most important thing you will ever have is good values.”

                 -Dennis Prager

Good values make you into a dependable person that people could trust. Good values come since you were little your parents must teach you how to say please and thank you how to be polite to people. I agree with Dennis in this quote because good values is what make someone a better person.

“Nothing is ever gained in doing what’s wrong.”
   -Wilford Woodruff

When you make a decision, consequences will always be there. Even when you do the right thing, there can be things that could happen. When you do the wrong thing it might seem like your gaining something but you are really not.

“The nicest man in the world”
This is a story about a man known to be the nicest guy in the world. Patrick Morgan a former worker in an airport in Florida returned an ipad that he found in one of the local bars of the airport. Inside the ipads case he found $13,000 dollars. Patrick without hesitating took it to authorities and then when the owner came to pick up the ipad, he gave Morgan $60 dollars. With those $60 dollars Patrick gave some of the money to homeless women. When his company herd of his good will they gave him a check of $625 dollars.

“The reward for doing right is mostly an internal phenomenon: self-respect, dignity, (self-worth) integrity, and self-esteem.”

    Dr. Laura Schlessinger

What this quote means is that doing the right thing only makes you a better person. It makes people look up to you to respect you and to have self-respect for yourself. I do not agree with this quote people do what they want to. Some doing the wrong thing makes them feel good.

The services I would use are the athletic program. I love playing sports especially soccer so it benefits me by giving me a chance to play what I want.

“When a deep injury is done us, we never recover until we forgive.”
              -Alan Paton
You could always forgive but never forget. Once someone has done something to hurt a person it is always difficult to just let it go and forgive the person. As much as you want to that memory will always be with you.

Dare to stand alone.”

  Giorgio Armani
Giorgio is a Italian fashion designer. He was born in July 11, 1934 and is now known as the most successful designer and producer. His personal fortune is a total of $8.5 billion in 2013. Armani was born in the northern Italian town of Piacenza, where he was raised with older brother Sergio and younger sister Rosanna by his mother Maria Raimondi and father Ugo Armani. In the late 1960s, Armani met Sergio Galeotti, an architectural draftsman, which marked the beginning of a personal and professional relationship that lasted for many years. In 1973, Galeotti persuaded him to open a design office in Milan, at 37 corso Venezia. This led to a period of extensive collaboration, during which Armani worked as a freelance designer for a number of fashion houses, including Allegri, Bagutta, Hilton, Sicons, Gibò, Montedoro, and Tendresse. He presented his first collection of men's ready-to-wear for Spring and Summer 1976 under his own name. Armani is an intensely private man, but has publicly identified as bisexual. He had a longstanding relationship with architect Sergio Galeotti, who died of AIDS-related complications in 1985.
