Reflection:
What this quote means is that no matter how people see thing, if you know it’s the wrong thing to do, you do the right thing. For example if all of your friends are ditching school and invite you to go along, for them it seems like it’s the right thing to do but its really not.

Clinical manger duties include  ensure managing clinical, professional, administrative, and clerical staff; managing the recruitment, development of, and appraisal of staff; overseeing day-to-day management; developing and implementing policies and directives; setting and monitoring budgets; attending meetings; handling communications; and even making purchasing decisions.

Reflection
I would like to become a clinical manger. I love being in charge of thing and I think this would be the perfect job for me. It also makes you a lot of money.
